Matroids arise both as an abstraction of linear dependence in vector spaces and as cycles in graphs. The authors provide an elegant generalization of Amini's theorem for graphs [\textit{O. Amini}, ``Lattice of integer flows and poset of strongly connected orientations'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1007.2456}] to the setting of regular matroids.
