This paper establishes uniform interior and boundary \(C^{1, 1}\) estimates of elliptic equations in non-divergence form with rapidly oscillating periodic coefficients in bounded \(C^{2, \mathrm{Dini}}\) domains. The coefficients and the inhomogeneous term are assumed to be Dini continuous. And the regularity results are obtained via the classical compactness method.
