This paper generalizes the notion of compatibility of bivector fields and 2-differential forms to Dirac structures and affine connections. The author shows how the compatibility with a symmetric connection implies integrability. Finally, he considers this notion of compatibility in the case of Lie groups and Riemannian homogeneous spaces.
