The spatial heterogeneity has been introduced to an ODE May-Nowak model of virus transformation with a chemotactic volume filling sensitivity mechanism. Solutions of the initial-Neumann boundary value problem are shown to be global-in-time, bounded and converging to constant states when times goes to infinity.
