Algebraic degree of series of reciprocal algebraic integers (Q6115576)

Let \(K\) be a positive integer and let \(a_{j,n}\) be special algebraic numbers for all \(j=1,\dots ,K\) and \(n=1,2,\dots\). Then the author proves a lower bound for the degree of any non-trivial linear combination of numbers \(\sum_{n=1}^\infty a_{j,n}\), \(j=1,\dots ,K\) over \(\mathbb Q\). The proof is in the spirit of Erdős.
