The principal result states that the spectrum of \(M\), a homogeneous Hadamard manifold, is the interval \([\frac{h^2}{4},\infty)\) such that \(h\) is the mean curvature of \(N\), the connected Lie subgroup of \(A\ltimes N\cong M\) such that \(A\) is an abelian group.
