The author investigates the class of integral delay systems \[ x(t)=\int^ 0_{-h}G(\theta)x(t+\theta)d\theta,\quad t\geq 0 \] in terms of Lyapunov functionals. Sufficient conditions for the exponential stability of the above systems by means of Lyapunov functionals are established. Example is also included to convey the robustness of this approach.
