Summary: We give a counter example to the comparison principle formulated in [\textit{X. Yang, Z. He} and \textit{J. Shen}, Math. Probl. Eng. 2009, Article ID 258090 (2009; Zbl 1195.34096)]. Then, we suggest and prove a corrected version of the comparison principle.
