Monge-Ampère gravitation as a \(\Gamma \)-limit of good rate functions (Q6145242)

This paper is devoted to the rigorous derivation of Monge Ampère gravitation. Here it is considered systems involving only a finite number of particles. The authors use a stochastic model as in the work [\textit{Y. Brenier}, Bull. Inst. Math., Acad. Sin. (N.S.) 11, No. 1, 23--41 (2016; Zbl 1336.35330)]. By using technics involving \(\Gamma\)-limit they get the Monge Ampère Lagrangian describing the dynamics of the system.
