Recognition of \(M \times M\) by its complex group algebra where \(M\) is a simple \(K_3\)-group (Q6161975)

Summary: In this paper we prove that if \(M\) is a simple \(K_3\)-group, then \(M \times M\) is uniquely determined by its order and some information on irreducible character degrees and as a consequence of our results we show that \(M \times M\) is uniquely determined by the structure of its complex group algebra.
