The author studies a specific chemotaxis-fluid model with nonhomogeneous boundary conditions in two- and three-dimensional strip domains, motivated by a description of swimming bacteria. He establishes the existence of time periodic patterns for time periodic lateral conditions, with large data. Also, nonhomogeneous steady states are detected.
