A result on the isomorphism of Köthe sequence spaces of \textit{P. B. Djakov, S. Önal, T. Terzioǧlu} and \textit{M. Yurdakul} [Arch. Math. 70, No. 1, 57--65 (1998; Zbl 0919.46003)] is extended to Orlicz-Köthe sequence spaces. For this purpose a new notion of \(\ell\)-nuclearity is introduced and its properties are investigated. Sufficient conditions are given for an isomorphism between Orlicz-Köthe spaces to be equivalent to the quasidiagonal isomorphism of these spaces. Finally, quasidiagonal isomorphisms of Cartesian products of Orlicz-power series spaces are considered.
