It has been shown earlier in the literature that the weak solutions of 3D-NS and MHD equations remain smooth in \((0,T)\times\mathbb R^3\) if the velocity \(v\) satisfies certain conditions. In this paper, \(n\)-dimensional Lagrangian-averaged MHD-\(\alpha\) model is studied and certain regularity criteria are established for both the cases with or without viscosity.
