There are introduced standard \(L_{p}\)-spaces of measurable functions defined on positive measure spaces and having values in Banach spaces. The author gives sufficient conditions of boundedness for integral operators with operator-valued kernels acting between these spaces. These results are applied to the theory of Fourier multipliers.
