The average errors for Hermite-Fejér interpolation on the Wiener space (Q625778)

The authors give some results, for \(1\leq p<\infty\) and \(2\leq q<\infty\), on the \(p\)-average errors of a Hermite-Fejér interpolation approximation sequence based on the corresponding best polynomial approximation sequence for \(L_q\)-norm approximation. The \(p\)-average errors of a Hermite-Fejér interpolation approximation sequence based on the Chebyshev nodes and the \(p\)-average errors of the Bernstein polynomial approximation sequence on the Wiener space are studied.
