The authors study the Fourier and Herz spaces \(A(K)\) and \(A_p(K)\) for compact tensor hypergroups, i.e., compact hypergroups where products of positive definite functions are positive again. The main result is that \(A(K)\) is a regular Banach algebra with respect to pointwise multiplication with spectrum \(K\). The authors also study several corresponding multiplier algebras.
