The author develops a new approach to study periodic solutions and large-time behavior of solutions of thermocontrol problems with discontinuous hysteresis on the boundary. The approach allows to consider the problem as an infinite-dimensional dynamical system. Sufficient conditions of existence and uniqueness of a periodic solution of the thermocontrol problem are given. It is shown that this solution is a global attractor which attracts any solution exponentially fast.
