Einstein metrics on group manifolds and cosets (Q632942)

The problem addressed in this paper consists in finding the invariant Einstein metrics on compact simple Lie groups and their homogeneous spaces. One considers here the groups \(\text{SU}(3)\), \(\text{SO}(5)\) and \(G_2\), and the homogeneous spaces \(\text{SU}(3)/\text{SO}(3)\), \(\text{SO}(5)/\text{U}(1)\), \(\text{SO}(5)/T^2\), \(\text{SO}(5)/\text{SO}(3)\), \(G_2/(\text{SU}(2)\times\text{SU}(2))\), \(G_2/\text{SU}(2)\) and \(G_2/\text{U}(2)\) with respect to various realizations of the corresponding subgroups.
