The authors define Hermitian modular forms mod \(p\) in generalization of classical modular forms mod \(p\). For the cases that the corresponding quadratic field is \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-1})\) or \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-3})\), they determine the structure of the algebra of degree \(2\) Hermitian modular forms mod \(p\).
