Let \(S\) be the Kummer surface of a product of two non-isogenous elliptic curves, and \(L\) base point free line bundle such that \(L^2>0\). In this paper some sufficient conditions are given in order to have elliptic free Clifford divisors \(D\), i.e., a base point free divisor \(D\) with \(D^2=0\), such that restriction of \(D\) to any smooth curve \(C\) in \(|L|\) computes the Clifford index of \(C\).
