The main idea of the paper is to approximate the solution to stochastic 3D Navier-Stokes equations by weak solutions to the stochastic 3D Navier-Stokes \(\alpha\)-model as \(\alpha\) tends to zero. The authors consider the asymptotic behaviour of these approximations for small \(\alpha\). As a result, a new construction of weak solutions to stochastic 3D Navier-Stokes equations is obtained.
