Inspired by \textit{M. S. Moslehian, F. Rahbarnia} and \textit{P. K. Sahoo} [Bol. Soc. Mat. Mex., III. Ser. 13, No.~1, 111--122 (2007; Zbl 1170.39015)], the authors introduce the quadratic double centralizers and quadratic multipliers on Banach algebras and prove their stability and superstability under some conditions.
