The authors consider a class of Fourier multipliers, whose symbols are controlled by a polynomial, on starlike Lipschitz surfaces. Using the theory of Hardy spaces on such surfaces they obtain the \(L^2\) boundedness of these operators on Sobolev spaces as well as their endpoint estimates.
