The author studies, in the absence of mass forces, the motion of two viscous fluids in a tube with constant circular cross section. One fluid occupies a fixed domain domain with annular cross section near the boundary, and the second fluid fills the interior cylindrical domain. From the Navier-Stokes equations of axisymmetric motions in the absence of mass forces the author derives initial-boundary value problems for the motions of the fluids. Under an additional assumption it is shown that both motions tend to the zero solution if the time tends to infinity. The proof is based on a priori estimates. Moreover, the pressure gradient and the velocity field are calculated provided the flow rate is known.
