The author works with the category of representations of the ``symmetric groups \(S_t\) with \(t\in \mathbb{C}\)'' introduced by \textit{P. Deligne} [``La catégories des représentations du groupe symétrique \(S_t\), lorsque \(t\) n'est pas un entier nuturel'', in: Studies in Mathematics. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research 19, 209--273 (2007; Zbl 1165.20300)], and gives negative answers to certain questions on \(\otimes\)-categories raised by B. Kahn and C. A. Weibel.
