A Fourier transform representation of generalized Gamma functions is given, which further initiates, for the authors, a distributional representation in terms of a series of Dirac-delta functions. Identities for the integrals of products of generalized Gamma functions with other functions (such as the Macdonald function, exponential function, and Riemann zeta function), based on distributional representation, are obtained.
