The authors provide some sufficient conditions for the existence of a periodic solution to a system of the type \[ (\phi_p(x'))'+\frac{d}{dt}\nabla F(x)+G(t,x)=E(t). \] Here, \(\phi_p(s)=|s|^{p-2}s\), and \(p>1\). The proof is carried on by the use of topological degree methods.
