In this paper the authors give some Liouville properties for the viscosity solutions of inequalities in the Heisenberg group \(H^{n}\), of the type\N\[\N-F(\xi,u,D_{H}u,D_{H}^{2}u)\geq h(\xi)u^{q},\N\]\Nwhere \(F(\xi,u,p,0)=0\) for all \(\xi\), \(u\) and \(p\).\N\NThe main result is a Liouville-type nonexistence result for small \(q>0\). Their result is based on the proof of a strong maximum principle in the Heisenberg group.
