In this paper, a Beddington-DeAngelis prey-predator model with fear effect, refuge and harvesting is investigated. Here, the authors incorporated linear harvesting to prey species and nonlinear harvesting to predator species, respectively. Such topics as the positivity of solutions and boundedness of system, the existence and local stability of equilibria, different codimension-one bifurcations and codimension-two bifurcations, such as saddle-node bifurcation, transcritical bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation take place, Bogdanov-Takens bifurcation of codimension-two are discussed by the center manifold theorem and bifurcation theory. Here, since prey species has refuge, is it better to assume that the prey in the refuge could not be harvesting?
