    The authors study problems of stability and Bautin-type bifurcations of a four-wheeled transport system, taking into account the control of the steering wheels by the driver. The analysis is carried out on the basis of the central manifold theory and the projection method. In this case, the first and second Lyapunov coefficients are calculated to predict the type of Hopf bifurcation. The influence of the parameters of the transport system on the critical values of the bifurcation parameter is analyzed in detail. The general results of the article are well illustrated by a numerical experiment.
