In the paper under consideration a new mathematical model has been developed for modified couple stress thermoelastic diffusion (MCTD) under nonlocal, void and phase lags. The authors establish the basic properties of fundamental solution. The fundamental solution has been constructed for the system of differential equations which are expressed in terms of elementary functions in case of steady oscillations. Attributes of plane waves are obtained and presented graphically. The presented model involves various significant parameters (nonlocal, porous, diffusion, and six-phase lags) and finds applications in various nonlocal continuum theories.
