The paper discusses a 3-variable irregular Garnier system \(G(2;2;2;3)\). Such systems are obtained during the study the isomonodromy preserving deformation equations of second order linear differential equations with irregular singular points. Typically, the solutions of such systems are transcendental functions, but in exceptional cases, algebraic solutions may also appear. There is a complete classification of algebraic solutions for such systems due to \textit{K. Diarra} and \textit{F. Loray} [Compos. Math. 156, No. 5, 881--907 (2020; Zbl 1445.34126)]. The author of the paper complements this study and presents the irregular Garnier system \(G(2;2;2;3)\), which has nonclassical algebraic solutions.
