In this paper, the authors established the existence of unique stationary mild solutions to the BGK models for gas mixtures which produces the correct Fick coefficients in the Navier-Stokes limit for inert gases [the first author et al., Eur. J. Mech., B, Fluids 33, 74--86 (2012; Zbl 1258.76122)] and for reactive gases [the first author and \textit{J. Schneider}, Commun. Math. Sci. 12, No. 7, 1199--1223 (2014; Zbl 1311.35176)] in a unified manner.
