The authorts derive rigorously an effective Darcy law for a medium with discrete fractures (where the standard Darcy law is assumed to hold in both bulk and fracture domains). As for now only mathematical analysis results are reported, the justification of the asymptotics (either by means of numerical simulations or by corrector estimates) is left for (possible) future works.
