In this work, authors consider a neutral integro differential equation of fractional order in a Banach space. The fractional derivative is taken in the sense of deformable derivative. First corresponding integral equation is derived for the considered differential equation and then fixed point theory is applied to study the existence and uniquness of solution. One example is given at the end for illustration.
