Necessary and sufficient optimality conditions of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker type are provided for characterizing optimal solutions to optimization problems with inequality constraints in finite dimensional spaces, when the classical constraint qualifications are not satisfied. New regularity conditions to guarantee the desired outcome are proposed by means of \(p\)-factor operators.\N\NFor the entire collection see [Zbl 1543.90002].
