In this paper, the authors investigate the moments of partition functions of 2D Gaussian polymers in the weak disorder regime. They establish a lower bound for these moments that aligns with the leading order. It is worth noting that the upper bound was previously derived by the same authors in [Commun. Math. Phys. 403, No. 1, 417--450 (2023; Zbl 1525.60081)].
