Commutativity of prime ring with generalized skew derivations having a Lie-type behaviour (Q6595725)

In the paper under review, the author investigates generalized skew derivations which act as Lie-type maps in a prime ring. More precisely, let \(R\) be a prime ring of characteristic different from \(2\) and \(3\), \(k\geq 1\) a fixed integer and \(F\) a non-zero generalized skew derivation of \(R\). If \(R\) satisfies the skew differential identity \[ F\bigl([x,y]_k\bigr)-[F(x),y]_k-[x,F(y)]_k \] then \(R\) is commutative.
