The work concerns the normal forms of the vector fields' Hopf-zero singularities in \(R^3\) under the non-degenerated condition to the second-order terms in the `zero' part. Together with the previous work, this well illustrates the simplest truncated orbital and parametric normal forms by the grading functional method. It does great help to the further consideration of bifurcations.
