In the present paper, the author gives a definition of \(L\)-series associated to weakly holomorphic quasimodular forms of level \(N\) by following the method of \textit{N. Diamantis} et al. [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2023, No. 18, 15729--15765 (2023; Zbl 1546.11067)] and he proves functional equations. Thereafter, he establishes a converse theorem for weakly holomorphic quasimodular forms.
