In this paper, the authors study the stability of 12 extrasolar systems with respect to their orbital and mutual inclinations, which are currently unknown. Changing the values of these parameters dramatically changes the structure of the systems. The authors investigate the KAM stability of several non-resonant extrasolar systems with one star and two planets. It is likely that the observed exoplanets are the most massive of the systems under consideration. Therefore, their reliable stability is a critical and necessary condition for the long-term survival of the system when considering potential additional exoplanets that have yet to be observed. The proposed study is based on the construction of a combination of elliptical and KAM tori of lower dimension to better approximate the dynamics within accurate secular models.
