The paper studies global threshold dynamics of an HIV/AIDS model with multi-class-age structure. It formulates an age-structured model in the form of partial differential equations to depict the dependence of HIV progress on susceptibility age, infection age, and treatment age. Susceptibility age captures the likelihood of an individual being infected through sexual behavior and lifestyle at different ages. The paper assumes chronological age homogeneity among infected individuals, treated individuals, and AIDS patients. It establishes the global stability of the equilibrium and examines the existence of disease-free equilibrium, endemic equilibrium, and the basic reproduction number associated with different properties. Local stability, uniform persistence, and global stability are analyzed. Some numerical examples are provided to illustrate the theoretical results.
