The author have discussed the resolvent problem associated with linearized viscous flow around a rotating body within the setting of classical Sobolev spaces. A framework of homogeneous Sobolev spaces is introduced, where existence of a unique solution can be guaranteed for every purely imaginary resolvent parameter. This problem is reduced to an auxiliary problem, which is studied by means of Fourier analytic tools in a group setting. The existence of solutions to the associated time-periodic linear problem is obtained as a result after deriving uniform resolvent estimates.\N\NFor the entire collection see [Zbl 1515.76005].
