The authors study a variable exponent double phase problem with a nonlinear boundary condition devoted to a variable exponent double phase operator. The existence of multiple solutions is shown by the use of the mountain pass theorem, Nehari manifolds, Brouwer degree and a quantitative deformation lemma. For this purpose a new equivalent norm in Musielak-Orlicz-Sobolev spaces is introduced.
