Nonhomogeneous singular problems with convection (Q6657521)

The authors study a nonlinear Dirichlet eigenvalue problem driven by a general nonhomogeneous differential operator. Right hand side consists of singular term and convective perturbation. The existence of a positive smooth solution is shown for small values of the parameter \(\lambda>0\) by the use of truncations and comparison techniques and the Leray-Schauder alternative principle.
