Summary: This paper gives a proof of the Baum-Connes conjecture with coefficients for hyperbolic groups. More precisely, the injectivity of the Baum-Connes map was etablished by \textit{G. Kasparov} and \textit{G. Skandalis} [Ann. Math. (2) 158, No. 1, 165--206 (2003; Zbl 1029.19003)] and we prove the surjectivity.
