This paper studies a model of oncolytic virotherapy formulated as a triply haptotactic cross-diffusion system in a bounded domain with smooth boundary. In this model, in addition to their inherent random diffusion, both infected and uninfected cancer cells are attracted by macromolecules in the extracellular matrix. Beyond their typical processes of proliferation and apoptosis, uninfected cancer cells are susceptible to infection by oncolytic viruses. Once infected, these cells undergo lysis, liberating viruses at a rate represented by the positive constant. The ECM can be degraded by cells due to the matrix degrading enzymes, while also undergoing remodeling according to logical rules.\N\NThe main aim is to investigate the boundedness properties of solutions for the triply haptotactic model in higher dimensions. The results presented in this paper are undoubtedly novel and intriguing. The derivation is exceptionally well-presented and organized, drawing upon existing ideas from the literature and appropriately citing relevant references. Overall, in my opinion, this research is exemplary.
