In this paper, a nonlocal traffic flow model is proposed which means that besides local traffic also information from traffic on the visible road ahead is considered. The model is based on a scalar conservation law, where a stochastic velocity function is assumed. After proving several theoretical properties, numerical results are presented and the influence of parameters is studied.
