The provided dataset contains multiplex immunofluorescence data associated with the publication - Consensus tissue domain detection in spatial multi-omics data using MILWRM. The zip file contains three folders that contain CODEX data on 4 Human Kidney samples, CODEX data on 3 mouse lymph nodes and mIF on patient derived colonic polyps. Each image is a preprocess npz file which is a compressed format which can be easily opened using MILWRM or numpy.
