Plant species occurrences of PL_complete.csv come from automatic species identification of pictures produced in 2017-2018 by the smartphone application Pl@ntNet, where users are mainly amators botanists. The automatic identification suggestion have been consistantly done with the Pl@ntNet engine of december 2018. The species label (glc19SpId) is the species with highest probability. The glc19SpId matches a species name (of taxonomic referential Taxref v12) which is given by the auxiliary table taxaName_glc19SpId_InTest.csv. The identification certainty score (field FirstResPLv2Score) is given with each occurrence. Occurrences have been filtered to be inside the metropolitan French territory and Corsica, and have a geolocation certainty lower than 30 meters.
